America is Losing Gen Y Talent

Millennials, who are unemployed or underemployed, are being forced to find work overseas because US companies can’t provide jobs and don’t offer benefits like healthcare. 40% are interested in moving abroad, up from 12% in 2007. Other economies are growing faster and are increasingly becoming more innovative.  In an global economy, you can benefit from gaining new experiences and learning from other cultures but it’s sad that the US can’t hold onto young talent anymore.
