As an entrepreneur, Schawbel has founded three companies between the ages of 18 and 31. When he was 18, he launched a website development firm called “DS Consulting”, where he designed websites for small businesses. When he was 27 years old, he launched “Millennial Branding”, which started out as a personal brand coaching business and later became his speaking and consulting company focused on helping companies better engage with his generation of millennials. When he was 31, he launched “WorkplaceTrends.com”, a research and advisory membership service for HR professionals, that was acquired by Future Workplace after only ten months.
